Personalized Consultations

Every senior’s journey is different, which is why we start with a one-on-one consultation. We take the time to understand your loved one’s health needs, daily routines, and personal preferences. From there, we create a customized list of senior living communities that align with your goals.

Community Tours & Support

Once we’ve identified the best options, we arrange and accompany you on community tours, providing insight and answering any questions along the way. We ensure you have all the information needed to make an informed decision—without pressure or obligation.

Memory Care

Residential Care Facility (RCF)

Assisted Living

A comprehensive approach to memory care (MC or MCU) should integrate purpose and meaningful moments into the lives of memory care residents through customized programming, honoring residents and their journey with Alzheimer's or another dementia. Secure, specialized communities offer private or companion suites in a home-like setting, with supervised access to amenities, activities and 24 hours per day care by specially trained staff.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living

Assisted living (AL or ALF) communities feature private individual apartments with kitchens.  They offer a variety of options and care solutions that cater to seniors that want amenities and access to wellness resources in addition to having caregivers available around the clock.  Every community is licensed through the State but differ in the type of amenities and services they provide.   Care services include assistance with medications, dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, ambulation, use of the toilet or eating.  This is considered supportive living and not technically "healthcare".  Nursing care tasks vary in each community.

Residential Care Facility (RCF)

A residential care facility (RCF) is a type of long-term care facility that provides housing, personal care, social activities and medical services to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities.  Residential care facilities are typically intended for elderly individuals, people with disabilities, or those with chronic health conditions that limit their ability to live independently.  Residents live in private or shared rooms, with communal dining and social spaces in a secure, supportive living space, often with 24-hour supervision and emergency assistance.

Independent Living

Residential Care Facility (RCF)

Independent living (IL) offers private apartments or homes, usually with full kitchens and amenity spaces that cater to any number of activities. These settings are designed for seniors to enjoy life without the obligations of household maintenance.  Most independent living communities have options for meals, activities and transportation services.  Days are full of potential with a calendar filled with events, outings to nearby attractions, and a community rich with an enviable lifestyle.  Personal care is not provided in this setting.

Adult Care Home

An adult care home (ACH/AFH) also known as an adult foster home, is a small, residential home-like facility that provides care and assistance to adults who are no longer able to live independently but do not require the intensive medical care of a nursing home. These homes typically serve elderly individuals or those with disabilities and offer services in a more personal environment compared to larger care facilities.   Care homes have a maximum of 5 residents in Oregon and 6 in Washington.

Continuing Care Residential Community

A Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is a type of senior living community that offers a range of housing and care options in one location, allowing residents to stay within the same community as their care needs change. CCRCs provide a continuum of care, including:

Independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care and/or memory care.   CCRCs are appealing because they offer stability and predictability in terms of living arrangements and health care, ensuring that residents have access to appropriate lifelong care as they age.  Residents often pay an entrance fee along with monthly fees that may vary based on the level of care required.
